Product note
In the Qinghai and Kham regions, local people traditionally consumed a type of salt known as Qing Salt. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the incidence of kidney stones in these areas was believed to be relatively low.Ancient herbal texts also recorded the use of Qing Salt for conditions such as red and painful eyes, vomiting of blood, blood in the urine, and bleeding of the teeth or tongue. Traditionally, it was also used as a mouth rinse or applied when cleaning the teeth. The traditional Chinese herbal text Ben Cao Bei Yao records Qing Salt as follows: “Sweet, salty, and cold in nature; enters the Kidney meridian; supports the water organ and clears heat from the blood… strengthens the bones and teeth, benefits the eyes, and darkens the beard and hair.” Therefore, in traditional Chinese medicine, Qing Salt has historically been regarded as more than ordinary salt and has also been used as a traditional medicinal substance.
It can be used as salt in daily life. For Teeth: apply approximately 1–3 grams of tooth powder to the toothbrush each time and gently brush the teeth.
